Position: Sr. UI Developer Location: NYC, Sheldon, CT, or Atlanta, GA Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces for both new and existing web applications using Angular and React. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences. Ensure the technical feasibility of UX/UI designs while maintaining high standards of usability and accessibility. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across a broad spectrum of devices. Lead and mentor junior developers in best practices, code quality, and software development processes. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of application quality and performance. Work closely with backend developers and product managers to create seamless, integrated experiences . Stay abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks, particularly those related to Angular and React. Job requirements and qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular and React. 7+ years of experience is required for UI Lead role. Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3, SASS. Proficiency in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, familiar with Angular, React, Typescript, ES6+, NodeJs, Webpack, Git. Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience of building component lib is a plus. Experience of .NET, C#, Azure is a plus for UI Lead role. Experience in the finance sector is highly desirable but not required.
