Candidates MUST live within a reasonable commuting distance to Harrisburg, Pa area to be considered due to the onsite requirement. This position WILL require periodic onsite meeting attendance in Harrisburg, Pa. No exceptions. Not open to relocation Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Expenses. Business Process Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design efficient financial processes, and ensure alignment with Workday capabilities. System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations, and work with technical teams to implement and test changes. Data Migration: Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data transferred into Workday. Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Workday Financial modules. Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Financial modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that the Workday Financial system complies with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Experience: In-depth knowledge of Accounting principles. 4 years experience with Workday Financials and Financial Management. Strong background in financial processes, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. 4+ years experience with: Workday Financial modules including Financial Data Model (FDM). Business Requirements System Integration Test plans Supporting end-users Analyzing data Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday integrations and security configuration. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications: Workday Financials certification is highly desirable.
