The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux operating systems on workstations and servers. This role requires customizing Linux environments to meet the specific needs of different departments, such as R&D and Infrastructure, and deploying and managing software applications and development tools. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Linux Systems Administrator, specifically with Ubuntu Linux command line scripting experience is a must have Experience with VMWare ESXi for server virtualization Experience with configuration management tools, in particular Puppet Proficiency in scripting languages for automating tasks. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve hardware and software issues. Strong understanding of network configurations and security measures. Ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams and departments. Strong communication and documentation skills.
