Role: SAP Business Technical Analyst Location: Fully remote, working EST hours (so only looking at people in EST/CST time zones ideally) Length: Contract through 2024 with potential extensions Visa: USC/GC/GCEAD/OPTEAD/H4EAD. NO H1B Job Description: Client has recently completed an implementation to SAP Price Fx and now needs to get it fine-tuned. This resource will look at the existing backlog to see tickets that werent completed and work to resolve by assigning user stories, creating workflows, and more. They will leverage the knowledge base and run books created by Deloitte (who did the implementation). Example problem: User comes to them and says this flow is hindering the user experience, then this person will have to create a new process flow to help with that. Their transactional data is housed in SAP. Manufacturing, Supply Chain industry background would be helpful. Day to day: Capture current state for the workflow Part of the de-bug sessions Pricefx -- request a quote from salesforce, goes into SAP, and then into Pricefx. Cost optimization in SAP SAP modernization Capturing runbooks, Use Cases, break fixes and debugging with technical team Gathering requirements, putting into the technical spec Reconfiguration to speed up performance.
