This position requires a strong understanding of Coupa's functionalities and a commitment to delivering exceptional support to our users. Responsibilities Reconfigure forms within Coupa to align with business requirements and processes. Conduct thorough testing and deployment of new Coupa configurations. Configure punchouts to integrate with suppliers' catalogs. Redesign roles within Coupa to ensure appropriate access and permissions. Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide effective solutions. Assist users in navigating Coupa's features and functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Coupa usage. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement Coupa enhancements. Assist in the execution of Coupa projects and initiatives. Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the Coupa system. Qualifications Proven experience as a Coupa Administrator or similar role. Strong understanding of Coupa's features and functionalities. Experience with Coupa integrations and APIs. Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Certification in Coupa Administration is a plus.
