Roles & Responsibilities The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding and coaching the development team in agile practices, removing impediments, and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality products in a timely manner. This role is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that they are effective and focused.
