Please only present candidates who are able to meet the below criteria. **We are seeking a consultant who is very well-versed on the FINANCIAL side of Workday. We are not looking for an HR-centric Workday professional. Experience: In-depth knowledge of Accounting principles. 4 years experience with Workday Financials and Financial Management. Strong background in financial processes, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. 4+ years experience with: Workday Financial modules including Financial Data Model (FDM). Business Requirements System Integration Test plans Supporting end-users Analyzing data Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday integrations and security configuration. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications: Workday Financials certification is highly desirable.
