We have an urgent requirement for Salesforce Public Sector Specialist - REMOTE position with our client.

Job Title: Salesforce Public Sector Specialist

Location: Remote

Position Type: 6- 12 Months

Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Salesforce Public Sector Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce CRM applications and a deep understanding of public sector requirements. This role involves configuring, customizing, and managing Salesforce solutions to help our clients improve their operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored for public sector clients, including requirement gathering, system design, and deployment.
Configuration & Customization: Customize Salesforce applications to meet specific public sector needs, including workflows, objects, fields, and reports.
User Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to use Salesforce effectively and efficiently.
Data Management: Oversee data migration, integration, and validation to ensure accurate and reliable data within Salesforce.
System Maintenance: Regularly review and maintain the Salesforce system, applying updates and patches as necessary to ensure system stability and performance.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with public sector clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Compliance & Security: Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with public sector regulations and security standards, including data protection and privacy requirements.
Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user instructions. Develop and deliver reports to track system performance and user adoption.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a public sector or similar environment. Experience with Salesforce implementation and administration is required.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Consultant certification(s) preferred. Additional certifications relevant to public sector solutions are a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning is advantageous.
Public Sector Knowledge: Understanding of public sector processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
