Collaborate and communicate closely with key stakeholders in Design, Product Management, and Product Engineering to facilitate testing efforts throughout the product development lifecycle and ensure that accessibility is considered in the design, development, and maintenance of applications. Act as a thought leader in accessibility testing by m ak ing recommendations and influencing testing decisions based on data . Mentor accessibility testers . Create test plans and scripts and other accessibility testing documentation . Create training plans and execute accessibility training for the testing team . Perform quality audits and advise on opportunities to minimize quality errors. Assess the effectiveness of testing methods, tools and applications and suggest enhancements. Partner with Accessibility Managers for resource estimation, talent retention and performance management . Lead by example in creating a positive, supportive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation and respectful discussion . Ensure that the Thomson Reuters accessibility policy and guidelines are followed. Stay abreast of evolving accessibility standards and trends in the industry.
