This position is responsible for developing and promoting the Identity service. The position will utilize ITIL and other principles to gather requirements, identify customer demand and develop the service that leverages the existing expertise and infrastructure. Identify opportunities to revise the solution. Develop and implement processes to ensure the solution is delivered to customers in an efficient and effective manner.
