Must have familiarity across multiple business process - ITSM, HR, Vulnerability Response Must have 2 -3 years of Performance Analytics experience Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Assist in the documentation of processes, workflows, and technical configurations. Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
