Either is fine and they are not picky about which versions the candidate has worked with. They also will need a strong background working with containerization in Kubernetes and Kubernetes ecosystem. Need someone with expert skills/ background in AWS/Cloud skills. Nice to Have: Any knowledge on Go is nice to have, not a deal breaker if they are light/not much exp in this area.
