Plusses: Experience with Opera or similar tools. Knowledge of data management best practices. Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our casino clients team to support in the cleaning up of application usage across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will use the data gathered by Data Entry Specialists to analyze and determine which applications need to be retained or retired. They will also be responsible for documentation, setting standards, and ensuring data integrity. Experience with Opera is a plus. In this role, you will analyze data to determine application retention or retirement, document processes, standards, and findings, set and maintain data management standards, collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and utilize Opera, Service Now and other tools to support data analysis and decision-making.
