Skills Experience needed: PMP Certification CSM Must have financial reporting and budgeting skills Minimum of 3 to 5 years leading Facets implementation in a Medicare Advantage line of business TriZetto Elements- EAM implementation experience preferred Must demonstrate leadership ability to interact with all levels of management effectively. Excellent communication skills Demonstrable conflict resolution skills.
