Provide development and support engineering in the disputes/exception processing application to the GPS-NAM platform. Experience in customizing customer business rules and can be tailored to the clients and networks needs. should possess knowledge in the PEGA workflow framework and the Smart Dispute applications which runs under the PEGA umbrella.
