Responsibilities: System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions between SAP and ADP systems. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between the two platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues promptly. Data Management: Extract and validate data from SAP for use in KPI development. Develop data transformation and mapping processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. KPI Development: Identify and define key performance metrics relevant to business goals. Utilize SAP data to create, configure, and monitor KPIs. Design and implement dashboards and reports to visualize KPI performance. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand KPI needs. Collaborate with SAP and ADP support teams for technical guidance and troubleshooting. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, data flows, and KPI metrics. Provide training and support to end-users on new KPI tools and reports. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP and ADP system updates and best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to integration processes and KPI reporting. Requirements: Proven experience with SAP and ADP systems. Strong knowledge of data integration and ETL processes. Proficiency in programming languages relevant to SAP and ADP (e.g., ABAP, SQL). Experience in developing and managing KPIs and business intelligence solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in SAP and/or ADP.
