Job Title: Program Manager Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Excellent program manager who has experience working in fast paced environments Program Strategy and Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and prioritize program risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including new business development, migrations, discovery, and rollout to production. Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, while meeting quality and budget requirements. Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve issues, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with CX stakeholders, including carriers, agents, and internal teams. Provide regular program updates, including progress reports, dashboards, and metrics. Ensure stakeholder expectations are met, and issues are addressed promptly. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, including technical, operational, and regulatory risks. Develop and implement risk management plans, and monitor progress. Best Practices and Process Improvement: Develop and maintain project management best practices, including Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement changes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate program status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including CX stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership.
