From: pallavi, Nitya Software solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Role: Remote Service Engineer Description: As the Remote Service Engineer you will be responsible for remotely helping customers assess, trouble, and fix any issues they our having with our in service Tire machines. This Role will be mostly in office in Stow ohio, with Hybrid flexibility. You will be expected to: Answer the phone or email from our customers or coworker and try to find a quick and reliable solution for their problem(s) and look for ways to prevent the same issue(s) in the future. Visit the customer if remote service fails and support Preventive Maintenance if requested. Capture and analyze issues/solutions or questions/answers to customers for future use in solving similar problems. Remotely analyze equipment data to survey the machine's current issues and Overall Equipment Effectiveness. 24/7 helpline: Frequently be available outside office hours for 1st and 2nd line support (up to a maximum of two weeks per month). Set up a Hi-tech communication system with, for example, google glasses to support customers and coworkers remotely. Work in shifts to cover 24/7 support. Actively involved in creating a customer database in the Asset Management Software. Train the customer in office or the customer location.
