Professionally interact with external and internal customers/departments. Generally, this position works under the direction of a Technical Service Engineer. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follow all corporate safety protocols and report unsafe conditions. Perform routine installations and/or maintenance on assigned products. Use supplied corporate processes to locate software revisions and appropriate documentation. Verify software status. Under supervision, perform log analysis of system errors to determine hardware or software issues. Effectively troubleshoot issues for both hardware and software. Obtain Factory Training and achieve Certification on multiple products. When necessary, serve as a company liaison between customer and company engineering for daily site operations. Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork with supervision. Travel on short notice, as well as extended travel time (Domestic & International). JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Engaging with customers Prior experience with electro-mechanics Reading technical procedures Understanding of motorized products, belts, and proximity sensors Knowledge of electrical diagnostic tools Familiarity with shop/hand tools Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints Adeptness in diagnosing and fixing electromechanical systems Thanks, Pallavi, [email protected] , Nitya Software Solutions Inc.
