Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce lightning framework, Salesforce service cloud, and Salesforce marketing cloud. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies. Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
