Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of Citrix systems. Perform Citrix upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot Citrix-related issues and provide timely resolutions. Azure Administration: Manage Citrix workloads on Azure, including virtual machines, networks, and storage. Configure Azure resources to meet Citrix requirements. Leverage Azure tools and services for monitoring, automation, and backup. Image Management: Manage Citrix image management tools like Citrix ELM. Create, update, and maintain Citrix machine catalogs. Ensure image consistency and security. Profile Management: Manage profile management solutions like Citrix WEM and Ivanti. Implement policies and configurations to manage user profiles. Optimize profile performance and storage. Endpoint Management: Collaborate with the IT team to support endpoint management solutions. Configure Group Policy settings to manage user settings and security. Ensure compliance with security standards. Infrastructure Support: Support applications, hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure. Provide technical assistance to end-users. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues. Monitoring and Optimization: Implement and maintain monitoring tools like ControlUp. Proactively monitor Citrix environments for performance and health. Optimize Citrix systems for performance and resource utilization. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Citrix technologies and best practices. Possess strong technical knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and application vulnerabilities. Stay up-to-date with the latest Citrix and Azure advancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Citrix Certifications (CCA, CCP) preferred. Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Citrix administration and engineering. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
