Role: C++ Developer Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan ( onsite ) Vendor / Client: Direct Vendor Duration: Contract Job Description: Must have extensive experience in C/C++ programming for Linux operating system. Must have broad knowledge about Linux/Unix operating system architecture Must have experience with multi-threaded system design and implementation. Must have experience doing system level design for client-server applications, socket programming, complex data structures, linked lists, function pointers, multi-dimensional array etc. Should be aware of IPC and synchronization mechanisms. Complete understanding of software development life cycle. Good knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals. Should be able to debug network TCP dumps. Experience with Perl/Shell/PHP would be a definite advantage. Clean coding habit is a must. Candidates must know developing high quality working code.
