QA Lead Supervisor Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Onsite) 12+ months contract Note- Healthcare domain exp is mandatory Key Responsibilities QA Leadership on overseeing multiple major projects, enhancements as well as production support releases on several applications. Organizing the daily efforts of QA team members working on multiple applications , monitoring productivity, and providing constructive feedback and coaching. Provide technical leadership to the team related to technical problems, testing solutions, automation framework, and testing standards. Develops QA test strategies and test plans for large / complex enhancements, making recommendations, and ensuring that project risks are mitigated. Actively work towards overall DevOps process improvement in several IT areas. Organize and improve documentation of business rules and Test management in DevOps or any other tools chosen by Organization. Extensive hands-on experience and help the team members when needed Lead efforts to improve and evolve our testing strategies Work closely with Automation QA team to provide business knowledge and provide manual Regression testcases on stabilized applications to be automated. Involve in implementation of automated build test processes to ensure that the code delivered to quality assurance are of the highest quality. Streamline the automation in a CI/CD pipeline Build hands on Automation scripts utilizing tools as needed Flexible attitude and can adapt to a fast-changing environment Works directly with business users and IT groups for requirement analysis and test planning purposes in Agile environment and identify any risks or impacts during Sprint planning/early stages of Development Performs root-cause analysis on high priority production issues and contributes towards developing solutions. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business partners, ensuring that proper UAT is performed. Develop Complex SQL reports as needed to investigate data-related issues. Work on a variety of projects involving data management, API test design and test development. Perform annual reviews and set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision. Minimum Required Qualifications Knowledge of Healthcare Industry -Standard message EDI formats like HL7(ADT's, Orders, Charges), X12 (837/834, 270/271, 276/277), NCPDP , HIPPA etc. Comprehension of various types of testing, including Functional, API, Integration, Data integrity, Regression, security, Performance Testing etc. Familiar with multiple automation frameworks and ability to learn new ones quickly Recent experience with test automation tools and processes. Ability to perform API testing using Ready API/SoapUI/Postman and automation of APIs Perform heavy data validation and ETL processes testing SQL Query Writing and ability to Script automated testcases Prior Development Experience is plus Familiar with Agile and DevOps processes Creative thinking to optimize test approach and efficiency Empathy for how users interact with products Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
