We have job opening for the below role. Role: Azure Cloud Infrastructure engineer Location: Santa Clara, CA (Locals Only) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Design and implement Azure cloud infrastructure solutions, including networking, storage, and compute resources. Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, ARM templates, or Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management. Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and implement optimization strategies to ensure high availability, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Implement and manage security controls and policies on Azure to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational requirements. Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for cloud-based workloads. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate cloud solutions and support continuous delivery and DevOps practices. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, providing timely support to maintain business continuity. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a focus on Microsoft Azure. Proven experience in designing and managing Azure cloud environments. Hands-on experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Virtual Networks, Azure AD, and other key Azure services. Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar languages. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates. In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers. Familiarity with cloud security best practices and tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure integration. Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
