Understand current business processes, segments, use cases proprietary to AEP and helps define, communicate & leads future business processes Support and periodically lead consultative engagements with business units and regional marketing stakeholders regarding advanced CDP segmentation, activation, personalization, email campaigns, digital advertisements and new capabilities. Participate in daily Marketing calls to ensure that any CDP-related issues are resolved in a timely manner and directed to the correct point of contact. Understand and manage external and regulatory constraints impacting the product, especially related to data privacy. Define and document data requirements, AEP requirements and process flows/data modeling Understanding of real-time streaming pipelines, streaming analytics Elicit real-time and omnichannel customer journey requirements Ensure that project team has clear understanding of CDP requirements and business expectations Work with QA teams to develop testing strategy, test plan, identify test cases and participate in UAT Create product documentation and training material, including user manuals Conduct training session for a product or an implementation Bachelors Degree required (Business or Digital Marketing) Master's degree (preferred) Experience working in the digital agency or consulting firm space Minimum 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Product Owner or Technical Analyst Knowledge/experience with CDP tools like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Audience Manager or any other DMP tools and marketing data streams like Eloqua/Marketo, Google/Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, insight etc. An agile BA with strategic, functional, technical and relationship focus Understanding of Data marts, master data manager, Enterprise data warehouse, data visualization Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build trust, listen, and ask effective questions.
