| Role: 745603-VA-VDOT-MS Dynamics 365 Lead Location: Richmond, Virginia (Need Local) VDOT is seeking a Dynamics 365 Tech Lead. The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in Microsofts Power Platform, to include Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Data verse. Responsibilities: Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Dynamics365 Field Service and Customer Service modules. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage. Aid in the requirements gathering, fit-gapanalysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support ofMicrosoft Power Platform solutions. Design, develop new web components using .NET,SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate,Dataverse) and C#. Strong experience with troubleshooting andremediation of technical issues Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions, andwork with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes. Strong knowledge of Microsofts licensing modelfor Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Adhere to best practices when implementingbusiness solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platformsuse at VDOT. Develop and disseminate documentation(requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage. Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirementsand use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meetbusiness needs. Function as a liaison between IT and thebusiness units; serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, andresolution. Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other technology offerings when gatheringrequirements; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives to meetbusiness needs. Contribute to improving our processes andpolicies within the program. Preferred Experience with Devops in PowerPlatform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator) Other duties as assigned. Review the existing procedures and propose,execute, and/or direct necessary changes. Participate in on-call duties as necessary. Be able to workfrom-home and still provideexpected level of support. Be available to support after hours work asneeded. Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Experience as a D365 Technical Lead Required 5 Years Experience with creating and managing of solution using Dynamics 365 Field Service & Customer Service.
