The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, including campaign management, lead nurturing, and analytics within Marketo. Experience in migration and transformation from Eloqua to Adobe Marketo is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Marketo, including configuration, customization, and integration with other marketing tools. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute effective campaigns within Marketo. - Provide expert guidance on best practices for lead management, email marketing, and campaign automation. - Oversee the migration and transformation of marketing data from Eloqua to Adobe Marketo. - Ensure seamless integration of Marketo with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and other third-party tools. - Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower team members to utilize Marketo effectively. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Marketo implementation and performance. Qualifications: - Proven experience with recent versions of Adobe Marketo, including implementation and optimization. - Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and campaign management. - Experience with data migration, particularly from Eloqua to Adobe Marketo, is a plus. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
