Functional role. Overview: Come and enjoy the sunshine! We have a terrific opportunity for a Business Analyst to support the implementation of projects or be part of a product team. This role covers various technologies with future efforts focused on Microsoft DynamicsCE. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-driven individual with excellent communication, organization, and technical skills to support implementation efforts and continuously improve processes that support our Dealer and Sales functions. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders, analyzing and understanding user stories, business processes, non-functional requirements, system capabilities, customization, integration, process design, and system implementations. Perform requirements gathering and clarifications with the technical team, leveraging agile techniques. Work with implementation partners to ensure smooth project/product team go-lives. Collaborate with internal staff to implement functions and features for SET, including workflows, data imports and exports, automation, and optimization opportunities. Develop a thorough understanding of business needs and priorities by building strong relationships with business owners. Coordinate with the technical team and business stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all IT standards, processes, and methodologies, including Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). Serve as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity. Serve as Scrum Master when necessary. Technical Skills: 5+ years as a Business Analyst working on projects or product teams, with a primary focus on agile methodologies. 3+ years as a Business Analyst with supply chain and/or logistics skills. Experience with end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting. Proficiency in agile methodologies, preferably SAFe. Scrum Master Certified ideal. Experience in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a quick understanding of systems and solutions. Proven ability to deliver business analysis and/or system development/configuration related to process improvement. Experience with software and systems development life cycles. Ability to perform both Business Analysis and Data Analysis as needed on projects and product teams. Research skills on platforms, including navigating systems/solutions and querying data from both relational and no-SQL databases. Strong Citizen IT skills with the use of Azure Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI). Experience with Azure Data Lake ideal/preferred. Experience with D365 Finance and Operations a plus. Other Qualifications: BS/BA/MBA Degree. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills. Fast learner/self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic. Effective listening, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
