The role involves mentoring team members, contributing to integration designs for HR and financial systems, and collaborating closely with Development and Testing teams. Key Responsibilities: Mentor and guide the team in implementing IICS integrations. Design and develop ETL integrations and real-time data frameworks. Collaborate with Functional Analysts and Testing Leads to resolve issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and report on progress. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with IICS, ETL integrations, and cloud data services. Experience with Salesforce, Workday, and AWS services.
