| Only H4 EAD, L2 EAD Expr level: 11+ years We are looking for QA Tester in Woodbridge, NJ or Boston, MA (onsite) MU S T have Property & Casualty Insurance experience I n- person Interview Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Based on project requirements and technical design, develop & execute software test cases. - Plan test schedules & strategies in accordance with project scope & delivery dates. - Document test cases, results and defects utilizing MicroFocus (formerly HP) Quality Center/ALM. - Create and manage test data, including data for use by automated scripts where applicable. - Document and communicate project quality over the course of testing, including readiness for release using our standard test process and status reporting template. - Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality. - Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) phase - largely through test information sharing and test data creation for UAT team members using our automated processes. Desired Skills: 3-5 years testing and/or Property & Casualty Insurance experience. Experience with Quality Center/ALM for requirements, test case and defect management. Data testing experience including writing SQL and working with XML files. Exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance a plus. Excellent skills as a communicator and facilitator, both written and oral. Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish a common goal. Self-starter with strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
