Key Responsibilities: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation: Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, acting as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) and, preferably, as a Dynamics Techno Functional. Custom Development Using X++: Utilize X++ programming language to customize and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 features, ensuring that client requirements are effectively met. System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), and others. Azure Environment Management: Work within an Azure environment to deploy, manage, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, leveraging Azure services for enhanced functionality and performance. A new Consultation in Hi-Tech Manufacturing: Provide functional expertise and insights, particularly for projects within the hi-tech or semiconductor manufacturing sectors, to enhance business processes and operational efficiency. Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders and project teams, both verbally and in writing, to define requirements, set expectations, and ensure successful delivery. Engage in cross-functional teamwork across different time zones and regions. Problem Solving and Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and delivering high-quality solutions. Documentation and Best Practices: Create detailed documentation for customizations, integrations, and configuration settings. Promote best practices and guidelines for using Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the organization. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users and stakeholders on Dynamics 365 functionalities, enhancements, and best practices. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 updates, features, and industry trends. Recommend and implement improvements to maximize the effectiveness of the CRM system. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. 3+ years of hands-on experience with X++ for extending Dynamics 365 features. Proven experience with multiple system integrations, including ERP, PLM, and CLM. Experience working in an Azure cloud environment. Background in hi-tech or semiconductor manufacturing environments is a plus. Strong functional expertise, complemented by technical knowledge and capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work in a global team, handling multiple time zones effectively.
