Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Lead the design and development of complex Hadoop applications, ensuring scalability and performance. Hadoop Ecosystem Management: Manage and monitor Hadoop log files, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the Hadoop environment. Spark & Scala Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge in Apache Spark and Scala programming to optimize and enhance big data solutions. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for all Hadoop applications, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides. Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles to manage and deliver software solutions efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor Hadoop applications, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot as needed to maintain smooth operations. Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to integrate and optimize big data solutions across the organization. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and documenting Hadoop applications. Hadoop Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem, including Hadoop Common, HDFS, MapReduce, YARN, and related tools. Spark & Scala: Proven expertise in Apache Spark and Scala programming.
