A Software Test Automation Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of test automation analysts. They provide technical guidance, oversee test automation projects, and drive the improvement of test automation processes and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of software test automation engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance (QA) analysts, and product managers, to define and implement the automation testing strategy. Review test cases for automation feasibility. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, tools, and scripts to validate software functionality. Define and implement best practices for test automation, including coding standards, test data management, and version control. Review and enhance existing test automation processes, tools, and frameworks to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate emerging automation testing technologies and tools. Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability of software applications and identify areas where automation can be applied. Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve software quality. Monitor and report test automation metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Participate in software release activities, including test planning, execution, and post-release validation. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in test automation. REQUIRED SKILLS: **OVERALL SAP EXP a must! 1. Resource with 6-7 years of automation experience. 2. Should be an expert in Tosca with a minimum 5 years of experience. 3. Should have strong hands-on experience with Tosca modules. 4. Should be aware of Tosca architecture and setup steps with experience. 5. Should be capable of managing the delivery of E2E with no dependency. 6. Should have good communication skills.
