Monitor and influence across the business, technology and internal vendors. Lead 3rd party vendors for an enterprise implementation. Required Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to break down complex issues. Ability to comprehend business requirements and specification documents. Experience in defining \\ implementing testing strategies and methodologies. Capable of building and managing a team intelligently consisting of automation testers, manual testers, and testing professionals . Experience in setting standards and guidelines on the choice of automation tools. Minimum 8 years formal experience. Strong test leadership background. Minimum 4 years of previous test manager experience. Experience utilizing test case management tools (Qtest). Experience in tracking testing metrics and reporting.
