| Looking for Below 5 year of experience Title: IT Asset Management Analyst Client: Flagstar Bank 100% REMOTE for first 6 months but need candidates local to NYC or Troy MI as once they are converted, they must go onsite 3 days a week Must have good communication and active LinkedIn ID Need: Asset management space AND ServiceNow Project: Building processes so need understanding of terminology around service now Entering a lot of data and importing information, lots of work around asset management Strong, not junior ServiceNow Asset Management Required skills: HAM Pro Experience Level: Less than 5 years About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset Management Analyst to join our team within a leading Commercial Banking client in New York City. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our hardware (HW) asset management processes. Key Responsibilities: Software Request Management: Oversee and process software requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Data Continuity in HAM Pro: Maintain data integrity within HAM Pro by managing HW models and ensuring all entries are up-to-date and accurate. HW Asset Management: Record and maintain HW assets within our centralized repository, ensuring all assets within your scope are accurately tracked and monitored. Repository Monitoring: Regularly monitor the HW repository for accuracy and consistency, identifying and addressing any discrepancies. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HW data to create detailed reports that support decision-making processes, risk assessments, and cost evaluations. Risk & Cost Assessment Support: Collect and retain HW asset data to assist in assessing potential risks and costs associated with the asset lifecycle. What Were Looking For: Experience in IT Asset Management, particularly with HW assets. Proficiency in data management tools, specifically HAM Pro. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed reports. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high data accuracy.
