Hi, Please find the requirement, Job Description : Role : Technical Product Manager (Data & Analytics & OMS) Location : San Francisco bay area, CA (Only Locals) Duration : Contract Job Summary: The Technical Product Manager for Data & Analytics will be crucial in our OMS Migration project. This individual will oversee the integration, management, and enhancement of data and analytics functionalities from the new OMS System on the Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, experience in product management, and a deep understanding of data and analytics systems. Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership: Serve as the primary owner of data and analytics features within the OMS upgrade project, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, operations, and business stakeholders, to define and prioritize data and analytics requirements. Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap for data and analytics features, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project milestones. Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough requirements analysis, including gathering business needs, identifying key metrics, and defining data models and analytics workflows. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight for implementing data and analytics features, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance. Data Integration: Oversee the integration of various data sources into the OMS, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time analytics capabilities. Analytics Tools: Evaluate and recommend analytics tools and technologies to enhance data visualization, reporting, and decision-making processes. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing of data and analytics functionalities, addressing any issues promptly. User Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users and stakeholders on utilizing data and analytics features effectively. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of data and analytics systems, gathering feedback and implementing improvements to enhance user experience and business outcomes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in product management, focusing on data and analytics systems. Technical Skills: Strong technical background with experience in data management, analytics, and related technologies (e.g., GCP, SQL, ETL processes, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)). Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex projects, preferably OMS upgrades or similar large-scale implementations. Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving project success. Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
