Location: Tampa, FL (Remote) Technical Skills: 5 yrs. experience with either Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server and or Amazon RDS PostgreSQL (Standard Aurora) 1. in depth knowledge of identifying performance problems on Postgrengi instances (Azure or AWS BDS) Evaluating SQL plans to find high cost operations Evaluating need for indexes or query restructuring based on a query plan Finding missing indexes and relations Strongly driven to monitor alert on performance metrics Database backup migration Able to restore to point in time in Azure or AWS Expert with Azure PostgreSQL and evaluating performance metrics to take corrective action Expert with AWS RDS PostgreSQL and evaluating CloudWatch performance insights metrics to take corrective action Performing periodic security checks to maintain security policies Technologies: Azure PostgreSQL Flexible server and PostgreSQL on AWS RDS Tessell Cloud software CyberArk Privileged Access Management software Service Now IT Management software.
