| From: Abhinaw, Vyze [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Electrical Design USC or GC. only NEED CANDIDATE FROM Cincinnati, OH or from 100 miles from Cincinnati, OH, hybrid FESTO 5 days a week onsite Master Job Profile CS Electrical Designer/Drafter Summary of job contents Provides moderate to intermediate electrical system design or modifications to designs, design detailing, supports manufacturing, supports final system test and verification to ensure that customer expectations are met by performing the following duties: Key accountabilities Read and Interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Reviews signed System Proposal and Contract to prepare all product documentation such as drawings, bills of materials, technical data, and cost analysis, etc. Confer with engineers and other personnel to understand and take to completion drawing packages. Works with manufacturing to ensure documentation packages are complete and updated. Participates and/or presents during engineering design reviews. Provides Quality Assurance & Engineering support to the manufacturing operations. Confers with Shop Supervisor to clarify or resolve problems regarding manufacturing operation. Works with Manufacturers and Distributors to get pricing of electrical components and resolve availability issues. Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications. Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering performance specifications. Analyzes operational/test data to establish performance standards for systems to determine if design meets functional and performance specification. Reviews design documentation of department project engineers for accuracy and may recommend corrections in review. Other tasks as assigned.
