Position : Senior Systems Analyst (ETRM ideally Endur) Location : Houston, TX Fully Onsite Duration: 12 months Visa : NO H1B/CPT Interview mode: : Video Job Description Required Experience and Skills: Responsibilities to include: Participates on company-wide projects for rollouts of software installations/upgrades for applications/operating systems and performs system integration testing. Assists in planning, designing, evaluating, implementing, and monitoring of various applications or systems. Consults with customers to ascertain needs, identify problems, applying business expertise/technical knowledge to design, and/or create information solutions to ensure satisfaction with delivered services. Designs and documents systems/application models for customers and reviews with team members to ensure customer needs are met. Provides operational/functional support for systems and troubleshoots/resolves problems. Acquires and utilizes business knowledge by taking advantage of available resources (Internet, books, periodicals, classes/workshops, conferences, etc.) to develop and foster value driven business solutions. Provides technical training and mentoring to promote competency and growth. Participate in monthly Maintenance Window rotation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related industry or technical experience is required. Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or Management Information Systems (MIS) degree is preferred. 5+ years of experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise class commercial applications is preferred. 3+ years of experience with Java is preferred. 3+ years of experience with OpenLink Endur is preferred. 1+ years of knowledge and experience with JVS scripting and Crystal Report development and support experience is preferred. 5+ years of experience in Information Technology specific to application development and support is preferred.
