They will formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Position Description: The contractor will perform IT Triage and resolve complex Cram application defects and issues. The individual will collaborate with the team to diagnose, resolve, delegate, and assign issues to the appropriate work stream within the Cram application (application intake, rules, batch processes, etc.). This individual will also address production issues/defects and design, develop, and implement a solution. The individual will attend design sessions and translate complex technical triggers and process flows to less technical team members. The individual will assist in system enhancements using the Curam platform. The individual will become an integral part of the DCAS Team, making every problem associated with the application a problem of their own, and will demonstrate the required initiative and critical thinking abilities necessary to resolve all issues and challenges accordingly. Position Responsibilities: Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications. Provides consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/ specialist in most phases of systems analysis, considering the business implications of technology's application to the current and future business environment. Skills Required: Do you currently live in the Wash DC metro commutable area (Yes/No) 10 + years of Software Development Lifecycle experience, minimum is 10 yrs 8+ years of Professional exp. with Cram CGISS development exp. 2+ years exp of SNAP/TANF/MAGI/Non-MAGI and other related programs is strongly preferred (Highly desired). Cram V6 Certification or higher with related experience(Highly desired). Masters degrees in Engineering or Computer Science(Highly desired).
