Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members as needed. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IBM BPM development. Proven expertise in designing and implementing BPM solutions using IBM BPM. Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, process modeling, and workflow automation. Experience with integrating IBM BPM with other systems and applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility for onsite work in Alpharetta, GA. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with H1B transfer candidates is a plus.
