Best Practices and Process Improvement: Develop and maintain project management best practices, including Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement changes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate program status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including CX stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership.
