Role: Oracle SCM Consultant - Advanced Supply Chain Planning Implementation Exp:10+Yrs Location: NJ (Day one Onsite) Oracle SCM certification is a must PASSPORT NUMBER IS MUST FOR SUBMISSION Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Consultant with hands-on expertise in Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Supply Chain Management modules and a proven track record in successfully delivering ASCP solutions. This role requires a consultant who can engage with clients, understand their business requirements, and deliver customized Oracle SCM solutions that optimize their supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) solutions for clients. - Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand the client's business processes and supply chain needs. - Design and configure Oracle SCM modules, including ASCP, to meet the client's specific requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure seamless implementation. - Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate effective adoption of the Oracle SCM solution. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. - Stay updated on Oracle SCM best practices, new features, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project completion. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle SCM Consultant, with specific expertise in Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP). - Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle ASCP, including configuration, testing, and deployment. - Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion SCM modules. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Oracle SCM certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in other Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, or Manufacturing. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and Oracle Fusion SCM. - Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or distribution.
