The position requires significant expertise in the products being supported and the operating environments (e.g., Windows, Linux) on which the products are implemented.Required Skills: MS Windows Server experience in a large organization setting: 7 years Microsoft IIS configuration and support: 7 years HTTP Server/Apache support: 7 yearsPreferred Skills: Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux: 5 years Knowledge of Active Directory: 5 years Knowledge of TCP/IP networking: 5 years PowerShell: 5 years Windows Troubleshooting: 5 years VMware experience: 5 yearsKey Responsibilities: Function as the Technical SME on an enterprise-wide system. Implement products/services with significant Commonwealth and federal oversight. Provide direct technical expertise to Executive applications involving national security. Demonstrate expertise in teaching/conveying technical and functional courses/concepts. Develop work programs to effectively schedule tasks and assignments.
