| From: Ankita, Stellent IT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title- Senior Application Developer - Oracle FCCM & Compliance Solutions Location-Livingston, New Jersey (Hybrid- 3 days onsite ) Duration-6+ MO No H1B Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Developer with strong programming skills to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing software applications, creating detailed technical specifications, and applying best practices in Agile or iterative development methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), particularly in Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), and a deep understanding of various programming languages. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software applications based on detailed technical specifications and design documents. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement and upgrade OFSAA Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) solutions. Perform ongoing maintenance, support, and configuration of Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) for Customer Screening. Manage watchlists, create new processes and jobs in EDQ for Watchlist filtering and Customer Screening. Validate Customer Screening Models and recalibrate systems as needed. Configure new alert types and workflows using process management frameworks (PMF). Develop and support the OFSAA FCCM suite of products, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards. Work with OFSAA FCCM data models such as CSA and FCDM, and handle Oracle batch job processing. Write and optimize PL/SQL code and perform Unix-based scripting tasks. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on similar technologies. 5+ years of on-site client experience in related technology and domain. Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Extensive experience in implementing or upgrading Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) FCCM solutions. Expertise in compliance domains, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Screening, and Enterprise Case Management. Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) for Customer Screening and Watchlist management. Strong skills in validating Customer Screening Models and recalibrating systems. Experience in configuring new alert types and workflows using PMF. Proficiency in PL/SQL and Unix. Desired Skills: Experience with other Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) modules. Familiarity with Agile or iterative development methodologies.
