| SALESFORCE.COM TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER Bellevue, WA Locals only. 6+ Months Qualifications/Requirements 8+ years of progressive career in IT. 5+ years' experience as an Agile Product owner, or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner for a SaaS product Experience with Salesforce is essential, experience in Service Cloud is a preference. Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and features and you keep up to date on new features and functionality that gets released. Good product design and interaction design skills. Should be able to write a detailed Product Requirements Doc. Problem solving skills - be able to break down high level requirements into actionable tasks. Pay attention to user experience and details Good data analyzing skills. Be familiar with data driven product optimization. Positive, willing to solve complex problems. Good communication skills should be able to coordinate different teams to achieve the goal. Cross culture work experience is preferred. Any one Salesforce certification is must.
