| From: Prabhat, VYZEINC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Tittle: IAM Architect/ Product Manager Duration: 1 year + extension Location: Hybrid Schedule; Tuesday-Thursday in office and may eventually be subject to change to 100% in-office Locations: Dallas, TX/ Chicago, IL/ Boston, MA/ Hartford, CT/ Woonsocket, RI/ OR Scottsdale, AZ, Blue Bell, PA Interview Process: One virtual interview Linkedin Mandatory This role a mix of architect and product manager need to have 7 years of IAM experience and experience in sailPoint, Cloud, Active Directory on prem and in cloud Description: Sr. Level resource 7+ years of experience in IAM (background in IAM development/ IAM Engineering, and architecture) Must understand entire IAM system and application environment- onboarding, offboarding, conversion, rehire, Active Directory, Security, intake management, etc. Must have working experience in SailPoint, Cloud, Active Directory on prem and in cloud o Extensive time spent within the IAM space from an architecture and engineering level o Working experience in SailPoint, Active Directory and, on-prem to the cloud (any cloud), understanding of the overall concept preferred o At least 5 years in the IAM space o Understanding of IAM systems and application environment o Must know industry standard and processes and practices o Managing entire employees life cycle (onboarding/offboarding/access/active directory) Mergers & Acquisitions experience highly preferred Initially will be working with entire IAM systems- multiple systems and applications- provisioning, employee lifecycle management within IAM Very good knowledge from architecture perspective and from IAM perspective Worked heavily in IAM space in architecture and can play the product owner rolemust be able to create flows, architectural diagram, translate business requirement into IAM vocabulary and put it into SAFe train to get it delivered Seeking someone who has worked in IAM space heavily on application and enterprise level Overseeing entire intake management process- take requirement from enterprise initiatives from IAM- understand them, articulate them, put into workflows for architectural diagram, help other organizations understand IAM systems and play the role of product owner/ manager for the IAM systems to elicit requirements for them and deliver it Will NOT be doing any coding. They need to be playing architect role , product owner, and intake manager. Needs to wear multiple hats Must be experienced enough to work with business stakeholder and leadership.
