Assess the current rating system/tables and develop a plan to implement the new rating system. Design, develop, and test the Earnix application. Take responsibility for end-to-end integration of the application. Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, collaborating with customer technical leads, architects, and business SMEs. Take ownership of the complete Earnix solution, ensuring on-time product delivery with expected quality. Emphasize adherence to quality standards and recommended guidelines during product development to meet customer expectations and achieve satisfaction in 3P performance reviews. Integrate the Earnix application with all required downstream APIs, troubleshoot integration issues, fix bugs, and deploy code to the necessary environments.
