Technical Specialist - I SDTM Remote What is in it for you We are seeking an Technical Specialist - I SDTM with a strong background in SDTM standards, providing guidance and recommendations to the business team Job Responsibilities: - Act as the subject matter expert on SDTM standards, providing guidance and recommendations to the business team Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points around SDTM data management Evaluate the current SDTM processes and solutions, and develop a roadmap for improvement and modernization Design and architect new SDTM data flows, transformations, and integrations leveraging AWS services Assess the impact of SDTM changes or upgrades on downstream processes and systems Develop detailed technical specifications and implementation plans for SDTM-related initiatives Provide training and knowledge transfer to the broader team on SDTM concepts and best practices Stay up-to-date with the latest SDTM standards, regulations, and industry trends Required Skills 8+ years of experience working with SDTM standards in the healthcare/life sciences domain Deep technical understanding of SDTM data models, mappings, and validation rules Experience designing and implementing SDTM-compliant data solutions, preferably on cloud platforms Familiarity with data engineering tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, data integration, data quality) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex SDTM-related challenges Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between business and technology Experience in an advisory or consulting capacity, providing strategic guidance to business teams Keywords: information technology Urgent role for Technical Specialist - I SDTM || Remote [email protected] |
