Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title: Network Engineer Location: Hybrid (1 Bay Ave, Montclair, NJ, 07028, 250 Old Hook Rd, Westwood, NJ, 07675)-( Up to 10% travel per year for deployments) Duration : 6-12 months contract Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT Job Description: Responsibilities Troubleshoot LAN and WAN service issues on Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet platforms Configuration of switching platforms, Cisco 3750x, 9200 and 9300, Cisco Nexus, Fortiswitch Configuration of routing platforms, Cisco ASR and ISR, Fortigate, Meraki Installation of network hardware Activation of leased WAN circuits Participate in daily team meetings and various project meetings Create and update network documentation Create and review change scripts Work with security team to mitigate active threats Help people get port drops activated, install AP switches, upgrades, code, physical upgrades of equipment, troubleshoot network issues or direct it to the correct area. ServiceNow ticketing system. 120K clients on the network at any times.
